Payment

Payment for training and certification must be made only into the corporate bank account published by Deslog Training & Consulting Limited. We do not accept payment into any personal account or any other bank account. Payments made to any other account are prohibited, will not be recognised as payment for training, and cannot be refunded by Deslog.

Refunds

All payments made to the company are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment has been received and acknowledged, no refunds, reversals or cancellations will be entertained for any reason whatsoever.

Registration and attendance

A place on a course is reserved once registration is submitted and confirmed once payment has been verified. Deslog may reschedule a session where circumstances require, and will give registered attendees as much notice as possible.

Certificates

Certificates are issued to attendees who complete the required training and assessment. Every certificate carries a unique number that can be checked on our verification page. Deslog reserves the right to revoke a certificate obtained through misrepresentation.
